Qld: Two new residential towers for Surfers Paradise
Another huge residential tower project on the Gold Coast has been given the green light.
The project involves two new apartment towers in the heart of Surfers Paradise .. in
what will be the largest residential high rise project on the Gold Coast.
The 700 million dollar development will cover nearly 11-thousand-500 square metres
of land just north of the Gold Coast International Hotel .. delivering a major economic
boost.
The complex will include 715 apartments .. 419 in a 55 storey tower .. and 296 in the
40-storey tower.
